Instructions

Beat soft butter with sugar.
Add an egg to the oil mixture and beat all ingredients at maximum speed for 1 minute.
Add wheat flour and baking powder.
Knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into two parts. Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and melted chocolate to one portion and mix well.
Transfer the finished dough to a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After the time has elapsed, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment.
Place the chocolate dough on the light layer.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Cut off uneven edges. Put the roll in the refrigerator for an hour, putting it in a plastic bag.
Cut the cooled roll into slices 3-4 mm thick.
Bake the pieces in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 20 minutes. Cool the finished cookies on a wire rack.
