Brownie Chocolate Chip Cookies

Today I have a recipe for lovers of chocolate and sweet pastries. I suggest you bake Brownie chocolate chip cookies. The cookie got this name due to the similarity in taste to the chocolate brownies. In structure, the biscuits after baking are also a little viscous inside, and on the outside, they are crumbly, with appetizing cracks.
Thanks to the addition of chocolate, rather than cocoa, to the dough, the taste of the baked cookies is richer. So, be sure to make these delicious cookies for your guests, friends, and family. Everyone will love them!
Prep time: 10min.
Cooking time: 10min.
Servings: 4

Ingredients

Butter: 40 g
Wheat flour: 50 g
Baking powder: 0.25 tsp.
Sugar: 80 g
Salt: 1 pinch
Dark chocolate: 100 g
Chicken eggs: 1 PC.

Instructions

Mix 100 g of chocolate with 40 g of butter and melt.
Beat one egg with a small pinch of salt and 80 g of granulated sugar.
Add chocolate mass. Stir well.
Pour in 50 g flour and 0.25 tsp. baking powder.
Stir the dough with a spoon. The dough turns out to be liquid.
Transfer the dough to a pastry bag or bag with a cut corner. Squeeze the dough onto a baking sheet, leaving a distance between the pieces.
Bake the cookies at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes. Cookies cook very quickly, be careful not to burn. Immediately after baking, it is soft. After 5-10 minutes, the cookies become hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
Serve with tea or coffee.

Tips and Tricks
These cookies require dark chocolate. We used Callebout 54.5% chocolate. But regular grocery store chocolates are fine too. Take whichever taste you like best. You can use more bitter chocolate, where the percentage of cocoa is higher. But we would not advise taking more than 70%. The dough with this chocolate will be denser.
The only thing worth noting is really letting the melted chocolate and butter cool. Before adding the eggs, the chocolate should be lukewarm and not scalding. In this way, you will get perfect cookies.
If you bake for longer, you will get a regular, crispy chocolate chip cookie.
For achieving the best results, we will recommend you to bake only one cookie sheet at a time on the middle rack of your oven. If you put two baking sheets at a time, the one sheet at the bottom can get burnt.
Let’s Sum Up
Once you’ve tasted one of these brownie chocolate chip cookies, you’ll never want another brownie again! They turn out to be very tender, soft, chewy, sticky inside, with a crispy crust. These cookies cook in minutes and disappear in seconds.
